The initial consultation is the first step to signing up. Please do not book any other service before the initial consultation.
There is first an initial consultation which is 1 hour long. There we discuss the issues you’re having, your goals, and anything else. We make a plan for your training, and what goals may be achievable, my expectations of you as the owner in doing the homework and attending the owner coaching sessions.
